I have an amazing experience living here. the management team goes beyond to make your living experience good here. plenty of greenery to enjoy while walking, We highly recommend this place. Sharon, Brandon, and Vivica do a great job of answering questions and helping you while staying here. I wish I could stay here forever. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking place to call Home in Sherman.

The maintenance team are awesome. Highly recommended to this apartment if you are searching for a place in Sherman. The management is good and welcoming.

We do close the pool at 10pm however If you hear any loud noise after that hour please notify the office so we may be able to take care of the issue. submitted by Scott V. - Aug 18, 2021|Recommended: YesQuiet and friendly. — The title says, it all, I've lived here for a month so far and everyone I've met has been absolutely amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well as my apartment neighbors. Apartment quality is alot better than majority of places I've lived and very to little noise is noticeable through walks... you actually have to forcibly be loud to notice someone lives on the other side of you. Would definitely renew and recommend to a friend.

Leaky faucets, uneven floors, and rickety staircases. However, this place is very budget friendly, the staff are very kind and helpful The area around the apartments is quiet and mostly clean. One HUGE drawback is that there are only 6 washing machines and 5 dryers for ALL of the units without in-unit laundry, and 2 of the washers are out of order. Other than that, it's a good place to live so far
