|Recommended: YesWe are home — I love my apartment, the staff, and my neighbors. At the last house that we lived at for five years, our neighbors waved hello when they were leaving or entering their driveways. The day we were leaving, one of them walked over and said, This looks permanent. Is this what I think I will miss you guys. Right... We have been here two weeks and our new neighbor stops by to chat, baked us a pie, and chocolate chip cookies, and let me use a cell phone charger when I could not find mine. That is a neighbor. I hope she needs something someday from me. Post Oaks felt like home on the first day.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance — I called maintenance they didn’t asked to come into my apartment but they did regardless I’m in the middle of moving I gave no permission. That’s a violation of privacy and I’m extremely unhappy about it.

|Recommended: YesRefreshingly peaceful place to live, knowledgeable management, great maintenance. — It's quite cozy and comfortable living here. I'm surrounded by trees, greenery and the sound of the waterfall in the swimming pool all while I work at my desk. My neighbors are not loud and they are friendly. The management and maintenance is always helpful and friendly anytime I've needed anything. I love it here

|Recommended: YesThe property is very convenient to shopping, eating, etc. The work being done on the parking lot is helpful. — I like the apartment and location. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Heating and air-conditioning is good. Noise from neighbors is partly due to insulation, but also , in my case, due to wiring of Direct TV wires having to be across doorway and not through wall. This causes patio door not to close securely.
